For all regular orders for smaller products such as feeds and containers, we will do our best to get your order to you swiftly, and usually within 2 or 4 workings days.  

For all pallet orders we aim to deliver each pallet between 2 & 5 working days after we have processed your order. You will not receive an update in that time. On the day or the day before delivery, the pallet courier company will contact you to make sure the delivery slot works for you.

Pallet deliveries can only be made if the road is wide enough for a standard sized 7.5 tonne lorry to drive down. We can also deliver to allotment sites or garden societies. You can request a small lorry during your purchase, and request for specific instructions to be followed. We always do our best to meet requests & requirements. The lorry comes with a tail lift. The driver will lower the pallet down to ground level and push it with a pallet pusher to the location you require if accessible. The delivery is a kerbside delivery, and it is up to the driver’s discretion whether they will pull it to the requested location. The ground surface needs to be relatively flat and hard for this to be possible.
